ServiceGuru was founded on the principle that small and medium businesses should be able to use technology to grow their businesses just like big companies. We know the particular challenges that face smaller businesses and those in service industries. Just as importantly, we know that at the heart of every small business is a team of dedicated, hard-working people.
We may be software providers but people are our business. Our relationships with our clients are at the core of everything we do. We get to know each business that we work with. We know what kinds of services they provide; how they want to interact with their customers; how they want to work together as a team; and what improvements they most want to make. How else could we meet our goal of providing tailored software and unparalleled customer service?
When we say that we know the problems small businesses face, it's because we've been there ourselves. ServiceGuru started out with a couple of employees and a lot of ambition. We learned so much along the way - not least how technology has changed the ways we do business and how customers discover new products and service providers. We are no longer as small as when we first started out and we are eager to put our experiences and successes to work for our clients.
