MULTIPLE CONTACTS

Gathering contact information is essential for every business, however it is important to make sure that the suitable person is being contacted for the right reason. ServiceGuru allows you to have multiple contacts displayed on a job card with an option of the Primary contact.

With ServiceGuru you can add multiple contacts to the same job card and choose the Primary one. Primary contact is the contact that will be set to the job contact when you create a job for this client and will be seen as the main contact for your staff members.
